Snow Cone Cupcakes

We are obviously on a cupcake trend this week.  But it's hard not to be with so many great cupcake ideas out there to find.

I love making snow cones and have a tabletop ice shaver that my darling husband bought for me.  So I was so excited about these Snow Cone Cupcakes!
